Qualifications
Minimum sixteen (16) years of education with specialization in BS/BE in Engineering or Master in Economics, Business/Public Administration (MBA/MPA), Project Management (MPM), Public Health (MPH), Public Policy (MPP) and other relevant field from HEC recognized institutions with certification in Project Management. Candidates with professional certification will be given additional preference.
Experience
Minimum ten (10) years of professional experience in project management and experience for managing and working of PTSMCs. Must have intermediate or advance knowledge of project planning and management fundamentals, particularly the government of Pakistan's project planning and management processes and procedures. Previous work experience in Balochistan will be an added advantage.
Pay Scale
PPS-9, as per Finance Division (Regulation Wing) letter No. F-4(9)R-14/2008 dated 18th April, 2022 and Project Director's Policy Notification No. P&D-JCE/Production-1/2025/003 dated 31st December 2025 issued by GoB, P&D Department
