(I) Graduation with a minimum of second division from any university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). (II) A six (06) month certificate course in MS Office from an institute recognized by the Sindh Board of Technical Education/Trade Testing Board. |

Note:
Applicants who meet the following conditions should apply for the above posts on the Government of Sindh's job portal:
(I) Applicants must have successfully passed the General Screening Test of the Graduation and Intermediate Category conducted by the Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) with at least 40% marks and possess its certificate issued by STS.
(II) The age of the applicant will be calculated from the last date of submission of the application under the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules 2024, Rule-7, however, an upper age limit relaxation of 5 years will be given as presented in the Services, General Administration and Coordination Department's notification bearing number SO-II(S&GACD) 5-64/2011, dated 06-03-2025 (Part-II).
(III) Adherence will be made to the share of the quota reserved for initial recruitment according to the laws/rules/policy of the Government of Sindh.
(IV) Applicants already in government service should obtain an NOC from their department before submitting the application and bring the original copy of the NOC at the time of the interview to submit before the Departmental Selection Committee.
(V) Recruitment will be made under the policy announced by the Government of Sindh on 26-04-2023 and the Sindh Civil Servant Act 1973 and its rules amended from time to time.
(VI) Candidates will have to appear before the Departmental Selection Committee with original documents for interviews according to the schedule uploaded on the job portal.
(VII) No TA/DA will be given for the interview.
