TERMS AND CONDITIONS / INSTRUCTIONS
(1) Interested candidates should apply online for the above posts on the government portal:.
Candidates must have passed the Sukkur IBA Testing Service (STS) test and possess its certificate issued by STS with at least 40% marks in the graduation category, which is mandatory for appointment to the above posts.
(2) The age of the candidates (age relaxation) will be calculated from the last date of application submission as per the Sindh Civil Servants (General Recruitment) Rules 2024; however, the upper age relaxation limit will be 5 years, as clarified in the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department Notification No. SOII(S-GA&CD) 11-Part (564/2011) dated March 6, 2025.
(3) The reserved quota for initial appointments will be applicable according to the law/rules/policy of the Government of Sindh.
(4) Candidates already in government service must obtain a NOC from their department before submitting the application and present the original copy of the NOC to the Departmental Selection Committee at the time of the interview.
(5) The appointments will be made according to the policy announced by the Government of Sindh dated 26-4-23 and under the provisions of the Sindh Civil Servants Act 1973 and its rules amended from time to time.
(6) Candidates wishing to apply for more than one post must submit a separate application for each post.
(7) Candidates will have to appear before the Departmental Selection Committee with original documents for the interview according to the schedule uploaded on the job portal.
