The Reform Support Unit School Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh (RSU-SE&LD) has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Action to Strength Performance for Inclusive and Responsive Education (ASPIRE), projects and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services to be procured on a Contract basis are as follows:

Education: MBBS Qualified from reputable University and Master's in Human Nutrition, Public Health, Dietetics, Food & Nutriciation Science or equivalent. Recognized Certification/Diploma in Public Health Nutrician, Maternal & Child Health/Food Security Shall be preferable. |
Minimum Experience 05 Years of Professional nutrition Program along with Develop wellbeing and nutrition Plan/Policy and Implementation Plan. Preferably in Development/Humanitarian Context. Excellent in communication and report-writing skills. Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including policy makers, technical experts, and field-level education officials would be preferable |

Assessment Specialist/Consultant (PPS-9) |
Education: Master's degree in Education/Educational Measurement/Social Sciences, or related fields. Ph.D in relevant discipline, would be preferable. |
Minimum Experience 08 years of progressive experience in educational assessment, student testing, or large-scale evaluation systems, preferably with government, UN agencies, or development partners along with Demonstrated ability to design and operationalize assessment frameworks, item banks, and implementation plans. Proven knowledge of national and international assessment frameworks such as NAT, GPF, TIMSS, or PISA. Excellent in communication and report-writing skills. Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including policy makers, technical experts, and field-level education officials would be preferable |
