The Reform Support Unit School Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh (RSU-SE&LD) has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Action to Strength Performance for Inclusive and Responsive Education (ASPIRE), projects and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.
The consulting services to be procured on a Contract basis are as follows:

● University Degree in BS/ B.E Computer /Software engineering or equivalent. <br> ● Certification in Database management or Data Analytics from OEM centres to be given additional weightage (5% marks). |
● Experience with configuring, optimizing databases (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL and reporting tools) with high availability is required. <br> ● At least 5 years. <br> ● Experienced in configuring and setting up systems required & adapting to new technologies. <br> ● Data management, backup and integration of databases. |

The Reform Support Unit, School Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh (RSU-SE&LD) invites eligible individuals to express their interest in providing the aforementioned services. Interested individual consultants must provide:

● Only eligible shortlisted candidates will be considered for interview.
● No TA/DA will be admissible to the candidates appearing for interview.

● Individual consultants will be hired on contract basis, which shall be extended subject to satisfactory performance.
