(i) Applicants must have successfully passed the General Screening Test for the Graduation Category conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) with at least 40% marks and possess its certificate issued by STS, as required for appointment to the above posts.
(ii) The age of those candidates who applied for the test before the announcement of the enforcement of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules 2024 dated October 16, 2024, will be counted from the last date of application submission, i.e., 30-11-2021. The upper age limit relaxation will be 15 years. However, for those candidates who applied after the enforcement of the said rules, their age will be counted from 01-01-2026, as clarified in the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department's notification No. SOII(S&GACD)5-64/2011(Part-II) dated December 2, 2025.
(iii) The share of reserved quotas for initial appointment will be applicable according to the law/rules/policy of the Government of Sindh.
(iv) Such candidates who are already in government service will have to obtain an NOC from their department before submitting the application and the original copy of the NOC must be presented before the departmental selection committee at the time of the interview.
(v) Appointments will be made according to the policy announced by the Government of Sindh dated 26-4-23 and under the provisions of the Sindh Civil Servants Act 1973 and its rules as amended from time to time.
(vi) Applicants will have to appear with original documents for the interview according to the schedule uploaded on the job portal.
