02 Applicants who meet the following requirements should apply for the above-mentioned posts on the Government of Sindh job portal.
i. Applicants must have passed the Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) test for the Graduation category with at least 40% marks and must hold the certificate issued by STS, as required for appointment to the above-mentioned posts.
ii. The age of the applicants will be counted from the closing date of application submission as stated under Rule 7 of the Sindh Civil Servant (Relaxation in Upper Age Limit) Rules 2024. However, a relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit will be given, as stated in Services General Administration and Coordination Department letter No. SOII(SGA&D) 564/2011 (Part) dated March 6, 2025.
iii. The quota reserved for initial appointments will be included according to the Government of Sindh rules/principles/policy.
iv. Applicants who are already in government service should obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department before submitting the application and must submit its original copy to the departmental selection committee at the time of the interview.
v. Appointments will be made under the provisions of the Sindh Civil Servants Act 1973 and its amended rules, and the policy stated by the Government of Sindh from time to time, dated April 26, 2023.
vi. The institution reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies.
vii. Applicants will have to appear before the departmental selection committee for an interview with original documents according to the schedule uploaded on the job portal.
viii. No TA/DA will be given for the interview.
