SIBA Testing Services (STS), on behalf of the School Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh, invites applications for the position of Computer Operator BPS-12. Eligible applicants must have a domicile of Sindh and be permanently residing in Sindh province. This position is initially on a temporary basis but is likely to be confirmed based on performance in the future. The required qualifications, age, residence, and other criteria are as follows:

GUIDELINES TO APPLY
Applicants who fulfill the following requirements should apply for the aforementioned vacancies on the Job Portal of the Government of Sindh at https://sjp.gos.pk
i. Applicants must have successfully passed the General Screening Test of Graduation Category with at least 40% marks, conducted by the Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) and possess its certificate, issued by STS, as required for appointment to the aforementioned posts.
ii. Age of the applicants, who applied for the test prior to the promulgation of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024, dated: 16th October, 2024, shall be calculated with effect from the closing date of submission of application i.e: 30.11.2021, the upper age relaxation limit will be 15 years. However, 05 years for those who applied after the promulgation of above Rules and the age shall be calculated with effect from: 12.05.2025 as provided in Notification of Services, General Administration and Coordination Department bearing No. SOII (S&GACD) 5-64/2011 (Part-II) dated: 2nd December, 2025.
iii. The share of quota reserved for the initial appointment shall be adhered to as per Law/Rules/Policy of the Government of Sindh.
iv. Those applicants who are already in Government Service should get an NOC from their Department prior to the submission of the application and bring the original copy of the NOC at the time of the interview for submission before the Departmental Selection Committee.
v. The appointment shall be made as per the policy notified by the Government of Sindh on 26.04.2023 and under provisions of the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973 and its Rules as amended from time to time.
vi. The applicants should appear before the Departmental Selection Committee along with original documents for an interview as per the schedule to be uploaded on the Job Portal.
vii. No TA & DA will be admissible for the interview.
