Director – Prosecution & Civil Litigation Department	1	LL.B. or LL.M. from an HEC-recognized university. Must be enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court for at least 13 years with active practice. Preference for Bar-at-Law qualification after LL.B. or LL.M. degree with experience in regulatory bodies, companies, corporate litigation and practice. Location: Karachi. Minimum 15 years relevant post-qualification experience; 13 years as Advocate of High Court with proven experience in independently handling corporate and criminal prosecution (white-collar crime) and advisory preferred.	Maximum 50 years as on closing date
Additional Director – Prosecution & Civil Litigation Department	1	LL.B. or LL.M. from an HEC-recognized university. Must be enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court for at least 10 years with active practice. Preference for Bar-at-Law qualification after LL.B. or LL.M. degree with experience in regulatory bodies, companies, corporate litigation and practice. Location: Islamabad. Minimum 12 years relevant post-qualification experience; 10 years as Advocate of High Court with proven experience in independently handling corporate and criminal prosecution (white-collar crime) and advisory preferred.	Maximum 45 years as on closing date
Joint Director – Prosecution & Civil Litigation Department	2	LL.B. or LL.M. from an HEC-recognized university. Must be enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court for at least 8 years with active practice. Preference for Bar-at-Law qualification after LL.B. or LL.M. degree with experience in regulatory bodies, companies, corporate litigation and practice. Location: Islamabad. Minimum 10 years relevant post-qualification experience; 8 years as Advocate of High Court with proven experience in independently handling corporate and criminal prosecution (white-collar crime) and advisory preferred.	Maximum 45 years as on closing date
Deputy Director – Prosecution & Civil Litigation Department	3	LL.B. or LL.M. from an HEC-recognized university. Must be enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court for at least 4 years with active practice. Preference for Bar-at-Law qualification after LL.B. or LL.M. degree with proven experience in regulatory bodies, companies and corporate litigation. Location: Islamabad (2 Positions), Lahore (1 Position). Minimum 6 years relevant post-qualification experience in corporate-related litigation and prosecution including 4 years as an Advocate of High Court.	Maximum 40 years as on closing date; candidates with at least 3 years work experience with a regulator will be given age relaxation of 5 years
