How to Apply?
- LL.B. or LL.M. from a reputed HEC recognized University and must be enrolled as an advocate of the High Court.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have completed Bar at Law course after LL.B. or has obtained LL.M. degree and has experience in companies and corporate litigation & practice. Applicants must have at least 08 years of post-qualification experience including 06 years' experience as advocate High Court and proven experience in independently handling corporate & criminal prosecution (white collar crime) and advisory. NOTE: Detail of decided cases including reported cases preferably company and corporate matters (25 minimum), record of trial & High Court cases as an Independent Council or Public Prosecutor or related post (s) held should be clearly provided as mentioned in TORS.
- Maximum age should not exceed 45 years on the last date of submission of application.
- Assistant Director (01 Position) in Karachi
- LL.B. or LL.M. from a reputed HEC recognized Institute/University and must be enrolled as an advocate of the High Court since last 01 year. Preference will be given to candidates who have completed Bar at Law course after LL.B. or LL.M. degree and has experience in companies and corporate litigation & practice.
- At least 03 years of post-qualification experience in company & corporate related litigation and criminal prosecution and/or advisory.
- Maximum age should not exceed 35 years on the last date of submission of application.
- Candidates, who have at least 3 years' experience working with a regulator, will be given age relaxation of 5 years.
