SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION OF PAKISTAN
CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), the apex regulator of the capital markets and corporate sector, is seeking qualified, result-oriented professionals with integrity and strong technical and analytical skills for the following Islamabad-based regular positions:
1. Additional Joint Director - Funds Management Department - 01 Position
Qualification
Masters/Bachelor's degree (Equivalent to 16 years of education) in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or any other related disciplines from HEC recognized reputable University/Institute. or
Professional qualification equivalent to Master's/Bachelor's Degree (16 years of education)
CFA charter holders will be given preference
Post Qualification Experience
Minimum 08 years of post-qualification experience in any of the sectors i.e. Banking, NBFC, Mutual Fund and Insurance industry.
For qualified Chartered Accountants, the articleship period will be considered part of the requisite experience.
Age Limit
The maximum age should not exceed 45 years on the last date of submission of the application
2. Deputy Director - Internal Audit & Compliance Department - 01 Position
Qualification
Professional Qualification (CA, ACCA, ACMA)
Preference will be given to candidates who hold CIA certification
Post Qualification Experience
Minimum Six (06) years of post-qualification experience.
For Qualified Chartered Accountants, the articleship period will be considered part of the requisite experience.
Age Limit
Maximum age should not exceed 40 years on the last date of submission of application.
Candidates, who have at least 3 years' experience working with a regulator, will be given age relaxation of 5 years.
Female candidates who fulfill the above specified criteria shall be given preference.
SECP offers a competitive compensation package. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
The appointment will be subject to qualifying the multi-tier interview process, clearance of medical tests, and psychological assessment.
