Terms & Conditions
- Candidates will be allowed to participate in the ETEA screening test provisionally based on the information provided by them. However, a detailed verification will be conducted by the appointing authority. If a candidate is found ineligible at any stage, their appointment will be canceled by the competent authority.
- All applicants must create their profile on the ETEA website. After creating the profile, before submitting the application for the desired post, candidates must print the E-Sahulat token from the ETEA website and verify it along with their CNIC from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without this verification, applying for any post will not be possible.
- Candidates who clear the ETEA test will be subjected to a further verification process according to the eligibility criteria.
- Candidates must fulfill all aspects of the eligibility criteria specified in this advertisement as of the closing date of applications.
- Applications received after the due date will not be entertained. Incomplete applications, applications with forged/fake documents, or false information will be rejected at any stage.
- Candidates will be informed about the test and interview via SMS. Therefore, candidates are advised to keep their provided mobile numbers active and turned on until the recruitment process is fully completed. The department will not be responsible if the SMS is not received due to any technical reason.
- For the aforementioned posts, the age limit will be calculated as of January 1, 2026. Relaxations in the upper age limit will be granted as per the prevailing government rules.
- Candidates must present their original documents on the day of the interview. Government/Semi-Government employees must apply through the proper channel and provide an NOC from their respective departments before the appointment.
- The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacant posts or cancel/postpone the recruitment process entirely by assigning a valid reason.
- No TA/DA (Travel Allowance / Daily Allowance) will be provided for appearing in the test or interview.
- In the case of an equivalent degree, candidates must provide an equivalence certificate from the HEC.
- After appointment, salary and other allowances will be paid according to the prevailing laws.
- All appointments are subject to the approval/NOC of the Finance Department.
Application Procedure
- Interested candidates should visit the ETEA website (
www.etea.edu.pk) and apply online.
- After successful completion of the online application, a specific deposit slip (containing a token number, project code, and candidate's personal information) will be generated.
- Candidates must deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable/non-transferable) at any branch of UBL, UBL Omni, or through EasyPaisa.
- After depositing the fee, keep the original candidate copy of the deposit slip safely. Do not send it to any office.
- In the initial stage, candidates are not required to send any educational or personal documents to the ETEA office. However, documents will be demanded from successful candidates at the time of verification.
- Online applications will be available starting from August 1, 2026, on
www.etea.edu.pk.
- The last date for depositing the fee and submitting online applications is August 20, 2026.
- Candidates will be informed by ETEA via SMS to download their roll number slips.
- Candidates are instructed to download and print their roll number slips from
www.etea.edu.pk. No roll number slips will be dispatched via courier or post.
- The test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the roll number slip.
- No separate call letters will be issued via post or courier for the screening test.
