Qualifications

MA/M.Sc at least 2nd Division from a recognized university with 15 years Teaching/Administrative experience of Board Classes in Public Sector and minimum five years of experience in a Cadet College. Should have an excellent academic background and be well versed with current trends in modernization of English medium schools/colleges and Board classes. Possess excellent communication and leadership skills. Effectively monitoring and evaluation of the faculty. Plan and conduct professionals' development programmes for the faculty.

Experience

Minimum 15 years teaching/administrative experience of Board Classes in Public Sector; minimum 5 years experience in a Cadet College
