Copy of Inter Branch Transection must be attached with application form.
Forms are also available from account section of FPGMI, Lahore on Payment of Rs.2000/- Applicant cannot apply more than 02 departments.
The information given in the application form shall be verified at three (03) stages:-
During the submission & processing of application.
At the time of Acceptance joining.During the working
If information submitted is found wrong, mismatched or forged, the application will be rejected and contract will be discontinued with no right of appeal at institution/government level.
