Following vacancies are available in various constituent units of Shalamar Institute of Health Sciences (SIHS) which comprises Shalamar Hospital (SH), Shalamar Medical and Dental College (SMDC), Shalamar Nursing College (SNC) and Shalamar School of Allied Health Sciences (SSAHS).
ASSISTANT PROFESSOR
SENIOR REGISTRAR
MEDICAL OFFICER – (Primary Healthcare Centre)
MBBS and Postgraduate qualification in Family Medicine (MCPS/MRCGP/Diploma in Family Medicine or an equivalent) from an HEC recognized university along with min. 3-years clinical experience in primary care / general practice / OPD in a tertiary care health care set-up.
RESEARCH ASSOCIATE
MBBS degree from a recognized university along with 2 - 3 years of research experience as a Research Associate or equivalent role. Candidate should have Strong knowledge of research methodology including study design and data collection. Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, STATA, R) with demonstrated experience conducting quantitative data analysis. Familiarity with the research and ethics approval process (IRB/ERC submissions) is an advantage. Candidate should have Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methodology and writing skills.
CLINICAL ASSISTANT & FRONT DESK COORDINATOR
Diploma in General Nursing / LHV / Medical Technician from an HEC and PNC recognized institute along with min. 3-years' experience in clinical setting including experience in patient handling, basic procedures and phlebotomy. The incumbent should have an administrative / front desk experience in a health care set-up.
ASSISTANT MANAGER HVAC (AIR CONDITIONING)
Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institution with a minimum of 3-5 years post-qualification experience of managing HVAC systems in any well-reputed health care setup.
ASSISTANT MANAGER HOUSE KEEPING SERVICES
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent from an HEC recognized university preferably holding a Certification in Hospitality/Hospital Management along with 3-5 years or more relevant working experience on a managerial position in a teaching hospital or reputable organization. Proficiency in MS Office skills is essential.
Requirement for Faculty appointment: Level III or Level IV qualification which commensurate with Pakistan Medical & Dental Council's approved criteria for appointment and promotions will be acceptable.
