• Eligibility conditions for firms include valid registration with NTN and SRB, professional tax certificate, registration with relevant professional bodies, operational office in the respective division, and an affidavit stating that the firm is not blacklisted. If previously blacklisted, the firm must provide proof of being de-listed.
• Terms and conditions state that proposals must be submitted by March 17, 2025, and envelopes should be marked "HIRING OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR LEGAL AID ASSISTANCE TO POOR AND NEEDY PEOPLE FOR ALL DIVISIONS OF SINDH." Prices should be quoted in Pakistani Rupees, and any corrections must be signed and stamped by an authorized person. 
• Firms are responsible for considering all applicable taxes, and providing incorrect information may lead to disqualification.
