How to Apply?
- Bachelor's degree in Law from HEC recognized university and be a member of a recognized bar association.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in providing legal advisory services for infrastructure projects, with a focus on PPP projects, preferably in the transportation sector, and knowledge of BRT systems.
- Profound experience in PPP project documentation, contract management, and dispute resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex legal agreements and contracts, especially in the context of public-private partnerships.
- Strong knowledge of legal risk management and ensuring compliance within the framework of PPP agreements.
- Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- NO TA/DA will be admissible to the candidates called for interview.
