Chief Engineer Star Wash

Preferably Master's degree in Civil Engineering (at least 16 years of qualification) and relevant experience in Public Health Engineering. Additional education for rural sector WASH will be considered an asset. Minimum 15 years of professional engineering experience, ideally in infrastructure, water systems, and climate change. Effective skills in technical review, design, validation, and quality assurance for WASH infrastructure purposes.

Senior Procurement Specialist Star Wash

The Senior Procurement Specialist must meet the following eligibility criteria by the application deadline: Minimum sixteen (16) years of education from an HEC-recognized university in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Civil Engineering, Law, or a related field. Proven experience of at least ten (10) years in the field of procurement and contract management. At least seven years of hands-on administrative experience in complex procurements and extensive contracting and public sector experience. Extensive and verifiable knowledge of World Bank Procurement Regulations, SPPRA, and PLC/NZ Regulations/Bylaws for infrastructure. Previous experience under World Bank-funded contracts or other multilateral development banks or international donor agencies will be an advantage. Relevant professional certification in procurement and contract management experience will be a distinct advantage.

Senior Social Development Specialist Star Wash

At least a Master's degree in Social Science or equivalent, Development Studies, Public Policy, Sociology, and related social sciences. At least 10 years of experience in relevant environmental and social issues, particularly rehabilitation issues, social assessment, land acquisition, livelihood restoration, and rehabilitation projects.

Senior Social Behavior Change Specialist Star Wash

Master's/Bachelor's degree (at least 16 years of education) in Social Sciences, Media, or related field. Master's degree in Public Health or related field will be considered an additional qualification. Ten years of social work experience in social behavior change and hygiene promotion strategies, especially in rural areas. Proven experience in social mobilization and community engagement activities with a focus on WASH and related infrastructure facilities (where required). Experience in organizing and facilitating training workshops for project staff and communities.

Social & Livelihood Assessment

At least a Master's degree in Social Science or equivalent.

Chief Gender & Inclusion Officer

At least a Master's degree in Social Science or equivalent, Gender Studies, Development Studies, Sociology, or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in relevant environmental and social issues, particularly gender and inclusion issues, social assessment, land acquisition, livelihood restoration, and rehabilitation projects.

MIS/M&E Officer

At least a Bachelor's degree (at least 16 years of education) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. At least 8 years of relevant experience in MIS/M&E, data management, and data analysis.

Contract Management Expert

At least a Bachelor's degree (at least 16 years of education) in Civil Engineering, Law, or a related field. At least 8 years of relevant experience in contract management, especially in the public sector.
