How to Apply?
- The consultant should have at least a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from HEC recognized institute, with professional training and/or certificate courses in procurement. Candidate must possess a strong command on Advanced MS Office and Advanced MS Excel with expertise of working on complex and voluminous quantum of data. Minimum 01-02 years experience in the field of procurement & IT. The consultant will work on SSEIP and SSEIP Additional financing under the guidance of the Project Director (PD) or the assigned staff. - The advertisement / detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) can be downloaded from ADB website (http://cms.adb.org) or (https://sseip.gos.pk/). The Project Implementation Unit (PIU-SSEIP), School Education and Literacy Department (SELD), Government of Sindh, is the Implementation Agency (IA) responsible for overall implementation of the Project.
- PIU-SEEIP is now seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from suitable individuals to carry out the above consultancy services. ADB's Procurement Regulations for ADB Borrowers: Goods, Works, Non-consulting and Consulting Services (2017, as amended from time to time) shall be used in the recruitment process through individual consultant selection. The provisions of ADB's Anti-Corruption Policy will be included in all documents and contracts for consultants.
- The EOI must be submitted online via the ADB's Consultant Management System (CMS). The EOI to be submitted using the ADB's CV template through ADB CMS not later than 30-April-2024. Access to the online Request for Expression of Interest should reach through the link to Consultant Services Recruitment Notices (CSRN) available at www.adb.org/site/business-opportunities/operational-procurement/consulting. Individuals wishing to submit an EOI must be registered with the CMS.
