Terms & conditions;
- Both Male/Female applicants having domicile of Province of Punjab may apply.
- Appointments shall be made, on Contract Basis, under "The Contract Appointment Policy, 2004" (amended till date) initially for a period of 03 years extendable subject to good performance.
- In case of 'O' and 'A' Level, equivalence certificate must also be submitted.
- Special persons (Differently able persons) shall attached proof of registration from Social Welfare Department alongwith Disability Certificate.
- Application shall provide original documents at the time of scrutiny/interview.
- The age and experience of the candidate will be calculated on the last date of submission of application.
- Age relaxation in upper age limit shall be dealt as per latest notification by the Government of the Punjab, S&GAD Recruitment Policy, 2022.
- Quotas shall be observed as per Recruitment Policy, 2022.
- In case a candidate wishes to apply for more than one posts, he/she must have to submit separate application form for each post.
- Candidates already in Government service should apply through proper channel.
- Only the degree issued by the university/institute or reputed foreign university with HEC recognized, will be considered/acceptable.
- Submission of fake documents or concealment of any fact will lead to dis-qualification of the candidate at any stage of recruitment process of during service.
- Complete original documents alongwith a set of attested photocopies will be provided by the shortlisted applications at the time of scrutiny/interview.
- Candidates will bring all the original degrees/diplomas at the time of interview, otherwise he/she would not be allowed to appear in-interview.
- Department reserves the right to cancel, increase or decrease the number of posts at any level/stage without assigning any reason.
- Candidates are advised in their own interest to make sure before applying that they fulfill the eligibility criteria under the specific rules relating to the posts as mentioned above.
- Candidates shall have at least 50% marks in NTS to pass the test. However, in case if the required pool for short listing is not obtained out of 50% passing NTS marks then the department/institutions has the right to reduce the short-listing criteria for interview or any other policy for the short listing as defined by the administrative department/institution according to the recruitment policy 2022.
- The appointment will be made strictly in accordance with the rules and policies. The candidates possessing a diploma from the Punjab Medical Faculty or from an institute affiliated/registered/recognized by the PMF or any recognized by Public Institution of Punjab.
- The Competent Authority is authorized to modify any of the condition/clause in short listing criteria in the interest of general public as per compelling circumstances.
- Shortlisted candidates after passing NTS tests will be called for interview and informed accordingly.
- Candidate shall apply online by visiting National Testing Service (NTS) website (www.nts.org.pk) after issuance of this advertisement in daily news paper.
- Candidates shall submit duly filled in Application Form (online), alongwith deposit slip of prescribed fee in favor of National Testing Service, copy of CNIC and two recent passport size photographs alongwith all relevant documents (educational and experience certificates) are to be sent directly to NTS through courier, on the address mentioned on Application Form till.
HOW TO APPLY:
- The candidate are required to apply for the post through National Testing Services portal within 15 days after the publication of advertisement and submit their duly filled in application forms along with required all documents (educational and experience certificates/relevant documents, domicile certificate, CNIC/experience certificate (if any) etc) as mentioned above through courier to NTS.
- The Last date for submission of Application is 16-01-2026.
- The Candidate must apply online by visiting National Testing Service (NTS) website and candidates are advised to Visit NTS official site for updates within the given duration of 15 days.
- The result of NTS test will be communicated to the Eligible/Shortlisted candidates only through NTS and their roll number slips will be uploaded on the relevant portal of the NTS Website.
- The shortlisted candidates as per merit & all terms and conditions will be called for interview and informed accordingly.
- All candidates should bring their original documents at the time of scrutiny before interview.
- The list of selected candidate will be displayed in concerned institution/hospital and the selected candidate will also be informed after approval from the any mode of communication i.e. telephonically.
- Provision of false/fabricated/bogus may lead to strict consequences/action.
- No TA/DA shall be admissible for appointment in test/interview.
