School Teaching Interns (STIs) within the Special Education Department, Government of the Punjab, specifically for institutions in the Rawalpindi Division (Chakwal, Murree, and Talagang districts).
1. Vacant Posts and Locations
Vacancies are available for Junior Special Education Teachers (JSET) and Senior Special Education Teachers (SSET) across various fields including Hearing Impaired (HI), Visually Impaired (VI), and Mentally Challenged (MC).
- Chakwal & Talagang: Schools in Talagang, Choa Saidan Shah, Lava, and Dhudyal.
- Murree: Special Education Centers in Murree and Kotli Sattian.
2. Eligibility and Qualifications
Candidates must generally possess a Master's degree or BS (4 years) in Special Education in the relevant field (e.g., HI, VI, or MC).
- Age Limit: Generally between 21–35 years.
- Stipend: Selected interns will receive a monthly stipend of approximately Rs. 45,000.
3. Terms and Conditions
- Nature: Engagement is purely temporary, school-specific, and non-transferable.
- Duration: The internship is for a specific period, often academic sessions (e.g., 2025-2026).
- No Right to Regular Appointment: This internship does not confer any right to regular employment in the department.
4. Application Procedure
