Lead Manager – Strategic, Financial and Compliance Risks (Job Code 8418-01)
- Minimum Qualification and Experience:
- CA or ACMA with at least 5 years of post-membership experience.
- Or ACCA or MBA (Finance) from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university with at least 9 years of relevant experience.
- Certification like CIMA or CIA is an added advantage.
- Candidate must have at least 4 years of relevant experience as a Functional/Team Lead.
- Training in ISO 31000 on risk management will be a plus.
- Job Summary:
- Ensuring the implementation of Strategic, Financial, and Compliance Risk Management activities as defined in the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework of SSGC.
- Implementing and maintaining the ERM Framework, and maintaining and implementing company processes and policies across SSGC.

Lead Manager – IT and Operational Risks (Job Code 8419-01)
- Minimum Qualification and Experience:
- Engineering Graduate (Mechanical/Electrical) with at least 9 years of relevant experience.
- Or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (BCS) or equivalent with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Candidate must have at least 4 years of relevant experience as a Functional/Team Lead.
- Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is mandatory for Engineers.
- Preferred Certifications in CISA, CRISC, CISSP, etc.
- Training in ISO 31000 on risk management will be a plus.
- Job Summary:
- Ensuring the implementation of the risk management framework at SSGC's IT and Operational/Technical departments.

Deputy Lead Manager – Policies (Job Code 8420-01)
- Minimum Qualification and Experience:
- CA or ACMA with at least 4 years of post-membership experience.
- Or ACCA or MBA preferably in Finance from an HEC recognized university with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
- Certification like CIMA or CIA will be an added advantage.
- Job Summary:
- Leading process improvement initiatives including mapping current processes, identifying gaps, and designing new/improved processes.
- Documenting policies and implementing changes.
- Ensuring maintenance of archiving, version controls, and coordination in drafting and signing off from Heads of Departments (HoDs) and stakeholders on the Policies and Procedures.

Manager – Operational Risk (Job Code 8421-01)
- Minimum Qualification and Experience:
- Engineering Graduate or MBA from an HEC recognized university with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Registration with PEC is mandatory for Engineers.
- Job Summary:
- Facilitating the implementation of the risk management framework at technical or operational units including Transmission and Distribution functions in accordance with SSGC's policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Guiding departments in controlling identified risks.
