Role of Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director:
This position is responsible for the strategic direction, operational efficiency, financial performance, and overall success of SSGCL. The role involves steering the organization towards its objectives, enhancing revenue streams, fostering growth, and managing the company's transformation and public image.

Qualifications:
- A graduate degree in Engineering, Economics, Energy Management, Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, or Law from a reputable university.
- A minimum of 20 years of post-qualification experience in large organizations, with at least 3 years in a C-Suite position.
- Proven strategic leadership capabilities and experience.
- Technical expertise and knowledge of the oil and gas sector.
- Skills in strategic planning, operational efficiency, corporate governance, risk management, and stakeholder management.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to build consensus.
- Experience in change management and organizational restructuring.
- Excellent communication skills and impeccable integrity.
