Chief Manager-Industrial/Commercial Billing (Job Code 8511-01)

ACMA with 5 years of post-membership experience in a Utility Company. Or MBA from an HEC recognized university with at least 9 years of experience in a Utility Company. Candidate must have at least 04 years of relevant experience as Functional/Team Lead.

The purpose of this position is to manage billing operations in the Industrial/Commercial sector in Hyderabad billing region. The position holder is responsible for operational excellence, team management, client relationship management, regulatory compliance, performance analysis, cross-functional collaboration, technology integration and budget management.

Deputy Chief Manager -Billing (Job Code 8512-03)

ACMA with 4 years of post-membership experience in a Utility Company. Or MBA from an HEC recognized university with at least 5 years of experience in a Utility Company.

The purpose of this position is to oversee and optimize the billing processes within the Nawabshah, Mirpurkhas, Larkana and Sukkur Region. The job holder is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely generation of invoices, managing billing disputes, and implementing efficient billing systems. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, he will contribute to revenue enhancement strategies and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Engineer/Deputy Manager -IT Risk Management (Job Code 8513-01)

Bachelor's in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field with at least 4 years of relevant experience. Or Bachelor's in Computer Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant experience. In-depth knowledge and understanding of IT Risk Management, Cyber Security, Information or related fields, Security Standards and Regulations (e.g., NIST 800-53, ISO-2700X, COBIT, ITIL etc.) Preferred Certifications in CISA, CRISC, CISSP. Training in ISO 31000 on risk management will be a plus. PEC registration is mandatory for engineers only

The purpose of this position is to coordinate with the IT department in preparing and updating the departmental risk registers. The incumbent is also responsible to prepare periodic progress reports derived from the departmental risk registers for submission to the management.

Engineer - Operational Risk Management (Job Code 8514-01)

Bachelor's in Industrial/Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of engineering operations, asset integrity, safety management system (HSE) and reliability practices will be preferred. Familiarity with ISO 31000, ISO 55001 (Asset Management) and process safety standards (e.g., API, OHSAS/ISO 45001) will be plus. Certification in risk management (CRISC, ISO 31000, CIRM) or HSE related certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH) are desirable. PEC registration is mandatory.
