VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Applications are invited for specific posts on contract basis of suitable candidates having requisite qualification and experience to be posted/recruited at Tertiary Care Hospital, Nishtar-II, Multan. The posts are purely temporary on contract basis for a period of 03 years (extendable) as per Govt. Policy 2004 and Punjab Health Department Policy 2007. Recruitment will be made through National Testing Service (NTS) as per Govt. Policy 2004 and Punjab Health Department Recruitment Policy 2007.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Recruitment will be made as per the Domestic of Province of Punjab rules apply.
2. Age relaxation as per the policies of Govt. of the Punjab and Establishment Department Policy 2004/ Punjab Health Department Policy 2007 will be admissible to the suitable candidates.
3. Candidates having domicile of Punjab Province are eligible to apply for the said posts.
4. Serving Government / Semi Government employees should send their applications through proper channel. Advance copy of application is not acceptable.
5. Incomplete application forms will not be entertained.
6. The candidates who have already applied to this office on the previous advertisement need not to apply again. Their previous applications will be considered accordingly.
7. The age and experience of the candidate will be calculated on the last date of submission of applications.
8. Only short listed candidates will be called for interview. The list of short listed candidates will be displayed on the NTS website & Nishtar-II Hospital website.
9. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
10. Recruitment will be made as per Govt. Recruitment Policy 2004.
11. The candidates are advised to fill online application form carefully, as the online data will be used for calculation of their merit which will be final.
12. Quota does strictly in Government service should strictly through proper channel.
13. Candidates having experience in relevant field shall be preferred. The experience must be verified through relevant authority/department/organization.
14. Candidates having higher qualification shall be considered as per rules/policy.
15. The candidates are directed to attach all educational certificates/degrees along with experience certificates, Domicile certificate, CNIC, and 02 recent photographs with the application form.
16. Complete original documents shall be produced at the time of interview. In the event of non-production of original documents, the candidate shall be disqualified.
17. The Medical Superintendent reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or cancel the advertisement without assigning any reason.
18. Disabled quota, Minority quota, and Women quota will be observed as per Government policy.
19. Candidates can apply for more than one post, but they have to submit separate application form for each post.
20. The candidates are advised to read all the instructions carefully before applying.
21. The candidates who have already applied to this office on the previous advertisement need not to apply again. Their previous applications will be considered accordingly.
22. Candidates shall have at least a 50% score in NTS to pass the test. However, in case if the required pool of shortlisting is not achieved then the condition of 50% marks may be relaxed as per the decision of the Medical Superintendent.
23. The contract period is purely temporary and non-transferable. The selected candidates will have to sign a bond with the Medical Superintendent on stamp paper as per Govt. Recruitment Policy 2004.
24. The appointment is on contract basis for a period of 03 years (extendable) as per the decision of the competent authority. The selected candidates shall abide by all the rules and regulations of the TCH, Nishtar-II, Multan.
25. The selected candidates are liable to be posted anywhere in the TCH, Nishtar-II, Multan.
26. General age relaxation is not applicable.
27. The selected candidates will be offered a competitive salary package as per Government rules.
28. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview as per merit list.
29. The Medical Superintendent reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason.
