Bank of Khyber is seeking professionals for the positions of Head Consumer Banking Division and Regional Head - Retail Banking.

Head Consumer Banking Division

• Eligibility Criteria:
  • Minimum Graduation, with preference for a Master's degree from a university recognized by the HEC of Pakistan or an equivalent foreign qualification.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Consumer Banking/Retail Banking, with preference for candidates with a track record in Islamic Banking product development and Shariah-compliant banking experience.
• Main Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales growth strategies.
  • Align consumer finance strategies with Shariah governance and compliance.
  • Lead and mentor product, sales, and credit analysis teams.
  • Ensure product pricing models align with profit-rate mechanisms and Shariah governance.
  • Lead automation and digitization of Islamic consumer finance processes.
  • Define credit approval processes for various segments.
  • Ensure timely processing and submission of reports.
  • Propose process improvements for credit approval turnaround time.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.
• Grade: Up to SVP
• Location: Head Office Peshawar
• Remuneration: Market-based package

Regional Head - Retail Banking

• Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum Graduation, with preference for a Master's degree from a university recognized by the HEC of Pakistan or an equivalent foreign qualification.
  • Minimum 10 years of Commercial Banking experience, including 5 years in a supervisory role in Retail/Branch Banking, with preference for Islamic Banking experience.

• Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise Area Managers and Branch Managers.
  • Generate and manage Liability & Consumer Assets targets.
  • Manage branch network and assign KPIs.
  • Monitor progress on targets and KPIs.
  • Formulate area-wise strategies and supervise business activities.
  • Achieve CASA deposit and Consumer targets.
  • Ensure compliance with operational risk management policies and procedures.
  • Improve customer service through process improvement.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.

• Locations:

  • Islamabad/Gilgit Baltistan/Hazara region: Islamabad
  • Central region: Lahore
  • Southern region: Karachi

• Remuneration:

  Market-based package
