Environmental Safeguards Specialist (01 Position) |
Master's degree in environmental sciences or MS in Environmental Management Natural Resource Management Environmental Engineering |
Minimum seven (07) years of professional post-qualification working experience in public/private organizations, preferably in the development sector. Knowledge of national and international environmental and social regulations, including environmental and social impact assessments, as required by national/international institutions. Experience working in Balochistan or similar regions, with an understanding of the unique geographic and socio-economic challenges in infrastructure development. Proficiency in local languages and the ability to effectively engage with local communities will be a significant advantage. Familiarity with environmental policies in international donor-funded projects will be an advantage. |

Social Safeguards Specialist (01 Position) |
Master's (Minimum sixteen years of Education) degree in Sociology, Rural Development, Community Development, Social Sciences, or any other relevant degree |
Minimum seven (07) years of post-qualification relevant working experience. Knowledge of social safeguard frameworks, including involuntary resettlement, indigenous peoples' rights, and social inclusion. Specific experience in similar geographical conditions and knowledge of local languages will be an advantage. Knowledge of local languages will be accorded due weightage. Familiarity with social safeguard policies in international donor-funded projects will be an advantage. |

Gender Specialist (01 Position) |
Master's/ Bachelor's (minimum sixteen years of education) in gender studies, sociology, social sciences, public policy studies, or any other relevant discipline |
Minimum seven (07) years of post-qualification professional experience in gender mainstreaming and women's empowerment. Demonstrated experience in conducting gender analysis and developing gender-sensitive interventions based on international standards and best practices in gender equality. Specific experience in similar geographical conditions and knowledge of local languages will be an added advantage. Experience in community-driven development projects, including work with community institutions or groups, is preferable, is preferable. |
