Position

• Registrar (Tenure Post, 3 years):

• Qualifications: Ph.D./MS/M.Phil or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized university with 15 years of teaching and/or administrative experience in BPS-17 and above, with at least 5 years of relevant academic administrative experience in BPS-19/18 in a government or government autonomous organization, university, or board. Alternatively, a Master's/MBA/Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in first class or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university with 17 years of teaching/administrative experience in BPS-17 and above, with at least 5 years of relevant academic administrative experience in BPS-19/18.

• Additional Requirements: Good demonstration in academic administration and familiarity with university laws, statutes, and regulations.

• Age Limit: Maximum 62 years.

• Controller of Examinations (Contract/Fixed Pay, 2 years, Extendable):

• Qualifications: Same as for Registrar.

• Age Limit: Maximum 62 years.

• Project Director (Contract/Fixed Pay, 2 years, Extendable):

• Qualifications: B.E. (Civil) in 1st Class or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university/institute, registered with PEC. Minimum 17 years of relevant experience in a post equivalent to BPS-17 and above in any Directorate or Engineering Department/Autonomous Organization, Government, or University. Experience in procurement in a reputable organization is considered an added qualification, and familiarity with SPRA, PPRA, and SSOR etc. is required.

• Age Limit: Maximum 62 years.

Instructions/Further Information:

• Applicants must have a Sindh province domicile.
• Government/semi-government and autonomous body employees should apply through the proper channel with a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
• The maximum age limit is mentioned for each post, with potential relaxation for highly qualified candidates and government employees as per government policy.
