TransPeshawar (The Urban Mobility Company), is a Company set up under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017, and is responsible for Project Implementation, Management and Maintenance of Urban Rapid Transit Projects assigned by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Urban Mobility Authority. Assistant Manager Bus Compliance Position: 01

Reporting to the Manager Operation & Control Centre, Assistant Manager Bus Compliance will ensure that all bus operations within the BRT system comply with regulatory standards, contractual obligations, safety protocols, and service performance benchmarks. This role involves close coordination with bus operators, regulatory authorities, and internal departments to enforce compliance and support efficient transit operations.

Qualification: At least 16 years degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Transport Planning and Engineering, or related fields from a recognized university. Foreign qualification will be considered an added advantage. Master's Degree in above fields from a recognized university will be considered an added advantage. Experience: At least 05 years of post-qualification relevant experience. Minimum 03 years of experience in a similar role and in similar sector will be considered an advantage. Relevant international work experience will be considered an added advantage. Age Requirement: Up to 42 years on closing date of applications

Assistant Manager Bus Operations Position: 01

The Assistant Manager Bus Operations will be responsible for the operation and maintenance activities of Chamkani and MoH bus operations contracts. He shall be responsible for contract management, operations and invoice processing of both contracts. The major responsibilities include rate adjustment, kilometer's verification, kilometer lengths verification, KPIs compliance of the contract, impose LDs due to non-compliance and recommend/implement improvement in the system.

Qualification: At least 16 years degree in Civil/Transport/Computer Science /Electrical/Industrial Engineering or other qualifications of relevance from a recognized university. Master's Degree in above fields from a recognized university will be considered an added advantage. Experience: At least 05 years of post-qualification relevant experience including minimum of 3 years of experience in transport planning and operations. Experience in similar role (bus scheduling /monitoring system) and in similar sector will be considered an advantage. Relevant international work experience will be considered an added advantage. Assistant Manager Infrastructure Position: 01

Reporting to the Manager Infrastructure, Assistant Manager Infrastructure will assist in the planning, development, and management of infrastructure project and system planning for the BRT corridor, ensuring timely implementation, integration, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The role supports GM Planning & Infrastructure in the development of sustainable transport infrastructure aligned with urban mobility goals.

Qualification: At least 16 years degree in Civil Engineering, or Transport Planning and Engineering, or related fields from a recognized university. Master's Degree in above fields from a recognized university will be considered an added advantage. Experience: At least 05 years of post-qualification relevant experience. Minimum 03 years of experience in a similar role and in similar sector will be considered an advantage. Relevant international work experience will be considered an added advantage. Business Development Officer Positions: 02

Reporting to the Manager Business Development & Marketing, Business Development Officer has to identify, develop, and manage commercial opportunities within BRT-owned plazas, stations, buses and retail spaces, thereby generating sustainable non-fare revenue streams. The role involves engaging tenants, managing leases, exploring advertising, retail and branding opportunities, and ensuring optimal utilization of all commercial assets.

Qualification: At least 16 years of education in Business Administration (preferably in Marketing/Sales), Economics or related fields from a recognized university. Experience: At least 03 years of post-qualification relevant experience. 01 years of experience in business development, advertising sales, real estate leasing, or marketing-preferably in transportation, retail will be considered an advantage. Age Requirement: Up to 42 years on closing date of applications

Bus Compliance Supervisor Positions: 02

Reporting to the Assistant Manager Bus Compliance, Bus Compliance Supervisor has to regularly monitor bus operations to ensure compliance with BRT service standards, safety regulations, contractual requirements, and operational performance. This role involves ensuring that the contracted operator(s) are delivering quality service and that buses remain in a safe and compliant state. The role involves routine checks on all buses and operators adhere to service quality, safety standards, and operational guidelines.

Qualification: At least 16 years of education in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related fields from a recognized university. Master's Degree from a recognized university. Experience: At least 03 years of post-qualification relevant experience. 01 years of experience in similar sector will be considered an advantage. Bus inspections, Bus Mechanism will be considered an advantage. Age Requirement: Up to 37 years on closing date of applications

Operations Supervisor Positions: 03

The Operation Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the Ops Manager/Asst. Ops Manager in smooth and continuous operation of 244 buses on 18 routes, which may increase from time to time. The responsibilities include daily operations, route /kilometers, verify bus operations adherence to agreed KPIs, impose LDs due to non-compliance, check fare collection system, CCTV cameras. This role also includes monitoring of ZU Bicycles.

Qualification: At least 16 years of education in Civil Engineering, Transport Planning, Economics, or related fields from a recognized university. Master's Degree from a recognized university. Experience: At least 03 years of post qualification experience or 1 year experience with Master's Degree. Experience in monitoring, reporting and transport planning will be considered an advantage. Age Requirement: Up to 37 years on closing date of applications

Electrical Executive Positions: 01

Reporting to the Manager E&M, Electrical Executive has to focus on the installation, maintenance, and supervision of all electrical assets across all BRT infrastructure. This includes substations, HT and LT panels, generators, lighting, and plazas. He has to supervise, inspect, and ensure the proper operation and maintenance of all electrical systems and related infrastructure, including power distribution, lighting, signaling, and controls, ensuring system availability, reliability, safety, and minimal downtime.

Qualification: At least 16 years of education degree in Electronic Engineering, or related fields from a recognized university. Experience: At least 03 years of post-qualification relevant experience. 01 years of experience in electrical installations, maintenance of commercial, or infrastructure projects will be considered an advantage. Age Requirement: Up to 37 years on closing date of applications

Mechanical Executive Positions: 01

Reporting to the Manager E&M, Mechanical Executive has to oversee, coordinate, and ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and supervision of all mechanical assets across BRT infrastructure. This includes HVAC systems, elevators, escalators, plumbing systems, and fire suppression systems. The executive also has to ensure system availability, reliability, safety, and compliance with regulatory and manufacturer standards.

Qualification: At least 16 years of education in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field from a recognized university. Experience: At least 03 years of post qualification relevant experience. Experience in mechanical systems maintenance, preferably in transport, retail or commercial infrastructure projects will be an advantage. Age Requirement: Up to 37 years on closing date of applications

Security & Safety Executive Positions: 01

Reporting to the Manager Security & Safety, Executive Security & Safety has to ensure the safety and security of all TransPeshawar staff, assets, and infrastructure by implementing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, managing security personnel, and emergency services, and managing incidents effectively.

Qualification: At least 16 years of education in Commerce, Economics, Public Administration in Finance or related fields from a recognized university. Experience: At least 03 years of post-qualification relevant experience. Experience in Security, Health Safety and Fire Safety will be considered an advantage.
