Note:
- Applicants who meet the following conditions should apply for the above posts on the Government of Sindh job portal: https://sip.gos.pk
- Applicants must have successfully passed the General Screening Test of Graduation and Intermediate category conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) with at least 40% marks and possess its certificate issued by STS.
- The age of applicants who applied for the test before the implementation of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024, dated 16 October 2024, will be calculated from the last date of application submission, i.e., 30-11-2021. The upper age limit relaxation will be 19 years. However, for those applying after the implementation of the above rules, the relaxation will be 05 years, and age will be calculated from 12-05-2025 as presented in the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department's notification dated 02 December 2025, SOII(S&GAD)5-64/2011 (Part-II).
- The share of quota reserved for initial appointment shall be adhered to according to the laws/rules/policy of the Government of Sindh.
- Applicants already in government service should obtain an NOC from their department before submitting the application and bring the original copy of the NOC at the time of the interview to present before the Departmental Selection Committee.
- Appointments will be made under the policy advertised by the Government of Sindh on 26-04-2023 and the Sindh Civil Servant Act 1973 and its rules amended from time to time.
- Applicants must appear before the Departmental Selection Committee with original documents for interviews according to the schedule uploaded on the job portal.
- TA/DA will not be given for the interview.
