Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - TESCO
TESCO, a public sector power utility under the Ministry of Energy (Power Division), is seeking a visionary leader with expertise in corporate management and power sector operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum 16 years of education in Engineering, Business Administration, Public Administration, Management Sciences, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or membership of a recognized professional accounting body.
- Experience: At least 20 years of post-qualification professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in senior management or C-Level positions.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational management, interpersonal communication, and a comprehensive understanding of the power distribution sector and regulatory frameworks.
- Compliance: Must meet the "Fit & Proper Criteria" under the State-Owned Enterprises Act and Guidelines.
Terms of Employment
- Age Limit: Maximum 62 years as of the closing date.
- Pay Package: Competitive market-based remuneration.
- Tenure: Contractual appointment for an initial term of 3 years, subject to annual performance evaluation.
