Position
- Branch Operations Manager
Ensure optimal productivity and overall service standards, all branch activities need to be handled effectively and efficiently with the aim that the branch continues to remain compliant with the Regulators/Bank's internal policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Achieve optimal score on the Branch Score Card
- Provide personalized service to customers.
- Identify & address customers' immediate need ensuring positive customer experience.
- Ensure customers are being served within stipulated standards.
- Assist customers in resolving queries & complaints and provide feedback.
- Monitoring, resolution of issues and service delivery across internal business partners (CPU & lines of business.
- Leading, coaching & supervising staff to deliver excellent service and maintain optimal branch score on the CS score card.
- Perform/lead assigned staff in conducting financial and non-financial transactions.
- Implementation of an effective control environment in the branch.
- Ensure branch profitability, effective budget monitoring, expense control and approval.
- Cash vault, security stationery and ATM machine custodian
- Responsible for maintenance of branch outlook and ambience
- Ensure proper maintenance of branch furniture & fixtures and IT equipment
- Act as a branch security officer, conduct security drills and train staff to remain vigilant and alert
Communications and Working Relationships:
- Staff from different cross functional units of the Bank
- Customers, Auditors.
Experience & Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- 3-4 years’ experience working in multiple functions in branch operations such as BSO/BSS/CSR/BOM
- Professional certification would be an added advantage.

- Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Must have strong customer service skills.
- Must have a clear understanding and complete knowledge of regulatory procedures, bank rules/ regulations etc.
- Must have strong decision making skills.

Position
This position is responsible for ensuring development activities to boost business of the branch & achieve expected/budgetary level of growth in all key result area and ensure constant improvements in portfolios inclusive of deposit mobilization, advances and other cross sell on shelve propositions. Furthermore, the positions ensure compliance of the banking and working hours in the branch and maintain complete harmony among branch staff and ensure discipline/decorum.
Job Requirements:
- To achieve all assigned KPIs targets according to the PAM scorecard.
- To market new relationships and ensure the budgeted run rate of account opening is achieved.
- To ensure that quality lending relationships are tapped and booked after detailed scrutiny and effort.
- To maintain a close liaison with the clients, make personal calls to them and ensure to build sustainable business relationships.
- To supervise the branch’s staff, review their performance and support them in achieving their personal targets.
- To solicit debit card, autos, credit card, personal loan, net banking propositions, lockers etc. and ensure to achieve their respective targets.
- To make investment and wealth management products.
- To build up the concept of cross sell among branch team.
- Provide leadership to the operation at the branch level.
Service Quality:
- To ensure standardized services and fair treatment of customers by monitoring key performance indicator that impact customer’s views towards the bank (UBL-ISO Quality Policy – SQ).
- Ensure that highest ethical standard is maintained in rendering the best customer services to the client maintaining harmony among all departments & staff of the branch.
Compliance:
- To ensure the adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.
- To ensure compliance with all the internal control requirements and bank polices.
Experience & Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- 5 years of sales / Branch Banking experience.
- Professional certification would be an added advantage.

UBL is looking to hire a suitable candidate for the position of Manager MIS & Analytics - Unsecured Products
Job Description:
• Perform data management using available tools and automate manual tasks such as preparing MI Reports/Packs
• Perform data analysis on key risk indicators for unsecured portfolios
• Assist the Unit Head in preparing presentations for higher management and Board
• Support the Unit Head in conducting various regular and ad-hoc analysis
• Coordinate with IT for ongoing and new projects under the Consumer Risk domain
• Review SBP eCIB data on a monthly basis
• Ensure submission of data/information to the external, internal, and regulatory Audit
• Liaise with Collections and Operations for Settlement, Recovery, and Charge-off information
• Validate consumer scoring data on a monthly basis
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering from HEC recognized university
• 4-5 years’ experience in Consumer Risk Analytics
• Retail scorecard model development and validation knowledge
• Knowledge of IFRS 9 ECL
• Knowledge of programming languages like SQL
• Command on MS Excel and MS Access

• Act as subject matter expert to articulate & advise on Digital application and platform
