Notice for Test / Interview

All candidates who submitted their applications under advertisement numbers PRQ No. 5532 dated June 13, 2006, PRQ No. 5549 dated June 15, 2006, and PRQ No. 5586 dated June 18, 2006 against BBI&A Office PP Account No. 377 are hereby informed that the list of shortlisted candidates has been displayed on the main gate of the BBI&A Office. Only shortlisted candidates are directed to appear for the written test and interview according to the schedule below. The written test will be held at University Law College, Quetta, while the interview will be held at House No. 47, Black No. 14, Green Elite Scheme Secretariat, Quetta, on the scheduled date and time.

Important Instructions:

• Written Test: To participate, candidates must bring their original National Identity Card (CNIC) and examination materials (clipboard, pen, etc.).

• Interview: Candidates must bring their original CNIC, all educational certificates, experience certificates, and No Objection Certificate (NOC).

• Results: The list of successful candidates from the written test will be displayed on the main gate of the office on August 11, 2026. The shorthand test will be conducted on August 13, 2026.

• Shorthand and Typing Test: Successful candidates of the written test for the posts of Assistant Private Secretary and Junior Clerk will undergo a shorthand and typing test.

• Final List: The final list of successful candidates will be displayed on the main gate of the office on August 15, 2026. Interviews will be conducted in the morning at the BBI&A office.

• Other Instructions: Candidates passing the written/technical test will be called for the interview. No TA/DA will be provided to the candidates.

• Mobile Phones: Bringing mobile phones during the test and interview is strictly prohibited. Legal action will be taken against violators.

• No TA/DA will be given to candidates appearing for the test/interview.
