Vacant Positions and Qualifications
- One Registrar (BPS-19):
- Ph.D. from an HEC recognized institute with 8 years of post-qualification experience in administration or teaching.
- Alternatively, an MS or M.Phil. with 10 years of experience, or a Master's degree (16 years of schooling) with 12 years of experience.
- Age Limit: 35–55 years.
- One Controller of Examinations (BPS-19):
- Ph.D. with 8 years of post-qualification experience, or an MS/M.Phil. with 10 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 12 years of experience in administration or teaching.
- Must be fully conversant with annual as well as semester examination systems of a university.
- Age Limit: 35–55 years.
- One Deputy Registrar (BPS-18):
- Bachelor's Degree (at least 2nd Division) from a recognized university combined with 7 years of office experience, including at least 3 years in Scale-17 in a university, government, or semi-government organization.
- One Estate Officer (BPS-17):
- B.Sc. (Hons) Agri. with Horticulture major OR a Master's degree (16 years of schooling) at least 2nd Division with 5 years of experience in Estate Management.
- Two Research Assistant (BPS-16):
- Master's degree at least 2nd Division OR B.Sc. (Hons).
- Minimum/Maximum Age Limit: 18–35 years.
General Conditions and How to Apply
- Application Process: Candidates for Registrar and Controller of Examinations must apply on a prescribed form, while others can apply on plain paper accompanied by a complete Bio-data/CV. [1]
- Documents Required: Attested copies of educational certificates, degrees, HEC equivalence (for foreign degrees), character certificates, detailed mark certificates, CNIC, and Bank Deposit Slips must be submitted.
- Processing Fees: A non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000/- for BPS-17 and above, and Rs. 500/- for Research Assistant (BPS-16) positions must be paid into UAF's account.
- Deadlines: Completed applications must reach the Office of the Director-HR (Personnel Section) by July 24, 2024, during office hours.
- Special Quotas: 3% quota for disabled persons, 5% for Minorities (Non-Muslims), and 15% for women are reserved.
