Position
How to Apply?
- Full operational oversight; Academic affairs, Student affairs, Research and Development, Fundraising, Strategic planning and implementation and campus compliance with reporting and accreditation requirements to all Statutory Bodies as per Act.
- Create all freshman first-semester schedules and register students as necessary, manage student by establishing an appropriate climate and earning respect through effective leadership techniques.
- Able to address audiences and engage with a range of professionals, an outstanding active listener, able to make difficult decisions, allocate resources fair & secure grants.
- Supervising staff and addressing any performance issues; handling a range of administrative duties, preparing reports, building networks with other academics and institutions, Ensuring University standards are maintained and that academic freedom is protected.
- Ph.D. from recognized University 20-years experience of teaching and academic leadership Pay/package Negotiable Deadline to apply 8-12-2023
- Extensive academic, teaching, writing, assessment, drafting andmanagerial experience, a good record of scholarship, the ability to work with people from a wide range of backgrounds, the ability to solve complex problems, superb active listening,communication, and presentation skills, the ability to think on your feet and talk to the press and public, a personable and professional manner in networking and administrative skills.
