Applications are invited from dynamic, dedicated, and competent professionals (Male/Female) from the Nationals of Pakistan domiciled in the Province of the Punjab for appointments against the following Administrative positions on Regular/Contract basis at the University on the prescribed proforma available at the University Official Website: uettaxila.edu.pk

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Applications on prescribed form duly completed in all respects, along with application fee (non-refundable) comprised of Bank Draft/ Postal Order/ Bank Challan worth Rs. 4,000/- for BPS-18, 19 in favor of the Treasurer, UET, Taxila must be submitted in the R&I Cell of UET Taxila by post on or before June 29th, 2026 (Monday), 03:30 PM.
There is no application fee for the Contract position mentioned in serial No. 03. Applicants may submit applications on plain paper along with original documents.
Eligible candidates should submit their applications (in hard form) on prescribed form available at university website along with attested copies of educational testimonials, experience certificates, copy of CNIC, one recent photograph, valid registration card of PM&DC (for CMO only), and original fee deposit receipt.
Only those qualifications & experiences etc. will be considered if valid documentary proof is attached up to the last date of advertisement.
In-service candidates must apply through proper channel.
Pension scheme/benefits shall be governed by the Punjab’s "Defined Contribution Pension Scheme (2025)".
Age relaxation will be considered in the light of Government/University rules.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
Separate applications and fees are required if applying for more than one post.
Providing incorrect or fake documents will lead to immediate disqualification.
Incomplete or late applications will be rejected.
The University reserves the right to increase, decrease, or withdraw any post without assigning any reason.
For regular positions, the probation period of 2 years can be extended based on performance.
