OR Professional ACA/ACMA/FCMA/ICMA/ACCA/CPA/CFA Degree with 15 years' relevant experience in BPS-17 and above or its equivalent in a university or Govt. organization or autonomous body. OR Master's Degree (16-year education) in Finance/Accounting/Commerce/Economics or equivalent relevant qualification with at least 2nd division from HEC recognized University/DAI with 17 years' relevant experience in BPS-17 or above or equivalent in a recognized university or Govt. organization or autonomous body. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
- Candidates must submit attested copies of their degrees, result cards, transcripts, certificates, domicile, state subject and other relevant documents, along with the prescribed application form, either in person or by post to the Registrar, University Secretariat, University of Kotli Azad Jammu and Kashmir, P.C. 11100.
- Certificates, and detailed marks certificates issued before the last date will be accepted. Provisional or hope certificates will not be accepted.
- Applicants with disabilities must attach a valid disability certificate issued by the competent authority along with their application.
- Candidates applying for more than one post must submit a separate application for each post along with all required documents, complete in all respects.
- The application form can also be downloaded from the University website: . The downloaded application form must be accompanied by the original University Challan or Bank Draft as the application fee (Rs. 2,000/- for BPS-18 & 19, Rs. 2,500/- for BPS-20), or by sending a Bank Draft of the same amount in favor of the Treasurer, University of Kotli (AJ&K).
- Foreign degree holders must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the HEC.
- The age limit shall not be applicable to in-service permanent University/Government employees.
- In-service (permanent employees) candidates must apply through the proper channel by the due date otherwise, their applications will not be entertained.
- The services as a teacher in High Schools/Embassy Schools/Degree Colleges/Cadet Colleges will not be counted as experience for appointment to a teaching post in the University.
- Preference will be given to AJK Nationals (1st Class State Subject).
- Applicants will be shortlisted based on the written test (where applicable) in their respective fields. Only the top five candidates scoring 50% or above in the written test conducted by a recognized testing service agency will be called for an interview against each post. Final selection will be made on the recommendations of the Selection Board.
- The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of advertised positions, or to cancel any of the posts, either partially or entirely, without providing any reason.
- All candidates will submit their applications on the prescribed form.
