The positions at S.No.06 & 7 shall be filled from eligible persons having domicile from any district of Malakand Division. In case there is no eligible candidate available within the territorial jurisdiction (as mentioned earlier), candidates from adjoining places may be considered (subject to fulfilment of eligibility criteria).

After online apply, the candidates are required to submit printed copy of the application along with attested copies of all documents and two recent attested passport size photographs to office of the undersigned till 18/10/2023 otherwise the online application shall not be entertained and shall stand as cancelled.
7. Candidates applying to more than one position shall have to submit a separate application along with an application processing fee
Candidates serving in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organizations/Institutions will have to provide NOC from their respective employer along with the printed application form otherwise such application shall not be entertained and shall stand as cancelled.
9. The candidates having foreign degree/certificate will have to provide equivalency certificate from HEC/IBCC, as the case may be.
10. The salary package shall be admissible as per the approved PC-1 of the project.
11. The applicants are advised to keep visiting university website for information e.g scrutiny, test, demonstration and interview. Further, correspondence with the applicants will be made through cell number and email address provided in the application form and separate letters shall not be issued.
All the applicants will be allowed provisionally for the test (where applicable) while eligibility for the post applied will be determined after scrutiny of the documents.
The University will not be responsible for any delay or non-receipt of call letters for test/interview (if any) and the matter should be settled with the post office, courier service or testing agency as the case may be.
14. The degree obtained under Semester System with CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 OR the degree obtained under annual system with 60% marks shall be considered as first-class degree.
15. No TA/DA will be paid for test/interview.
The University reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of positions or to cancel them without showing any reason
Errors/omissions (if any) will be rectified by the University as per the rules.
18. Age limit for faculty positions is 55 years and 18-45 for the rest of the positions except S.No. 07 for which maximum age limit is 30 years.
