- (b) Experience: 10 years professional experience with LLM qualification and 15 years professional experience with LLB qualification.

- Hiring of service is purely on assignment basis for an initial period of three years, extendable upto five years, on satisfactory performance. However, hiring of services can be revoked any time sans any notice.
- Preference will be given to those who have experience of service matters and legal cases related to Higher Education Institutions. Only short listed candidates will be called for Interview.
- The prescribed application form can be downloaded from University of Sargodha website: www.su.edu.pk.
- Candidates for above positions are required to fill the application form in MS Word and submit applications along with complete C.V and attested copies of testimonials.
- Attested copies of license/membership card from Punjab Bar Council, High Court Bar Association and Supreme Court Bar Association should be attached, where applicable.
- Two most recent passport size photographs should be affixed on each application form.
- Candidates applying for more than one position shall submit separate application with necessary documents, complete in all respects. Foreign degree holders must provide equivalence certificate issued by the HEC.
- 10. Applications must be accompanied with original bank deposit slip/University Challan Form of Rs. 2000/- as processing fee (non- refundable) to be deposited under Head of Account "Collection" in HBL A/C No. 00427991777803, University of Sargodha. No other mode of payment i.e Demand Draft, Postal Order etc will be accepted.
- 11. Candidates already in service of a Government/Semi-Government Department or an Autonomous Body must apply through proper channel by closing date; otherwise, their applications shall not be entertained.
- 12. Applications received after the closing date will not be entertained; even posted before the closing date.
- 13. Incomplete applications shall not be entertained.
- 14. In case any information provided by the candidate in his/her application form is found to be incorrect or false at any stage, he/she will be disqualified and action will be taken under the Rules.
- 15. Closing date for submission of applications is 14.06.2024.
- 16. The University reserves the right to disapprove/reject any application or cancel this process at any stage, without assigning any reason.
