Instructions and Further Information:
i. Submit a Demand Draft / Pay Order of Rs. 5,000/- (Non-Refundable) as a processing fee in favor of the University of Sufism & Modern Sciences, Bhitshah. The application form should reach on or before 4th May 2026. Forms can be downloaded from www.usms.edu.pk or obtained from the Registrar's office.
ii. Professor/Associate Professor candidates must submit five sets of documents; Assistant Professor candidates require one set. Each set must include the application form, CV, attested copies of degrees, certificates, photographs, and research publications, bound properly.
iii. Candidates in government/semi-government service must apply through the proper channel.
iv. Proof of articles published in HEC recognized journals (with impact factor) must be attached.
v. Fresh appointments are entitled to a contributory pension scheme per Government of Sindh rules.
vi. Maximum age limit is 55 years for all positions.
vii. Qualifications and experience are calculated as of the closing date.
viii. Apply separately for more than one post with separate fees.
ix. Incomplete applications or those received after the deadline will not be entertained. Mark the envelope with the post applied for.
x. The university reserves the right to cancel or change the number of posts without notice.
xi. Only short-listed candidates will be contacted for tests/interviews.
xii. No TA/DA will be provided for interviews/tests.
