SITUATION VACANT
Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals who are not married to a foreign national for the appointment of Treasurer (BS-20) on a contract basis for a tenure of three (03) years. Applicants are required to apply online on the University job portal: www.uvas.edu.pk/jobs. The last date to submit online applications is 15-06-2026 (Monday). Applications other than online shall not be accepted. Printed/duly filled in application forms along with all credentials (05 Five Sets) must reach the office of the Registrar within the due date as prescribed in the instructions.
Minimum Qualification for Appointment:
- Ph.D. in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Auditing, or Economics from an HEC-recognized university/institution; AND
- Eight years post-qualification experience in BPS-17 & above or equivalent in a relevant field.
OR
- MS or M.Phil. (equivalent to 18 years of education) in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Auditing, or Economics from an HEC-recognized university/institution; AND
- Ten years post-qualification experience in BPS-17 & above or equivalent in a relevant field.
OR
- MBA (Finance), M.Com, ACCA, ACMA, or M.Sc. (Economics) (equivalent to 16 years of education) at least in 2nd division from an HEC-recognized university/institution; AND
- Twelve years post-qualification experience in BPS-17 & above or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Age Limit: 35 to 50 years
- Perks and Privileges: As admissible to Government Servants in BS-20
- Tenure: 03 years (Not Extendable)
- Applicants shall generate a fee challan and deposit through ONLINE BANK CHALLAN in any branch of Bank Alfalah Ltd. in Pakistan. They are required to attach the Original Paid Bank Challan of Rs. 5000/- (non-refundable) with applications; however, Special Persons are exempted from the fee.
- Applicants who have already applied for the advertised post vide IPL Nos. 1343 & 3954 are not required to submit the application fee again. Their previously submitted fee will be considered valid; however, they must submit an updated/fresh job application along with all credentials.
