How to Apply?
- (Hydro Planning)
- Tenure: - Qualification:
- M.Sc. (Civil) Engineering from a PEC / HEC recognized University. Experience:
- At least 30 years experience in Hydro Power Planning of Mega Projects.
- Preference will be given to Retired Govt. / Autonomous / Semi- Autonomous Body Officers (BPS-20) having at least 03 years experience of Hydro Power Planning.
- The appointment will be on contract basis for a period of 01 year extendable on satisfactory performance of the individual and requirement of the Organization. Pay Package: - Competitive market based lump sum pay package commensurate with experience and qualification of the individual.
- Mandate / Charter of Duties:
- To develop concept papers and recommendations for preparation of future plans for Hydropower & Water Resources Development on the analogy of existing Water & Energy Policies/Plans of GoP.
- To assist WAPDA Hydro Planning organization in the ongoing studies of Hydropower & Water Resources Projects through Consultants & in-house experts to make them techno-economically feasible.
- To carry out review of Master Planning of Hydro Power & Water Resources Projects.
- To assist WAPDA Hydro Planning organization in identification of alternative layouts, Projects Sizing, Power potential and Project Optimization etc.
- To provide expert opinion to Authority on critical issues pertaining to under implementation Mega Projects.
- •Any other Duty/Responsibility assigned by the Authority.

The services on lumpsum pay package shall not be regularized at any stage. Applications carrying incomplete / incorrect information or received after last date of receipt shall be rejected. Any information found bogus at any stage during induction or later in service shall result in termination thereof.
