Qualifications

16 years education in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Public Administration, or Economics. Must be well versed with Government Rules/Regulations and Public Sector Corporate Governance. High proficiency in computer software use, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and demonstrated leadership abilities. Preference given to candidates with Municipal Services experience.

Experience

At least 15 years post-qualification progressive experience in management positions (public or private). Preference given to candidates with experience of Municipal Services.

Pay Scale

Competitive market-based salary / Company policy (commensurate to qualification and experience). Appointment on contract basis as per SECP guideline.
