Part-Time Appointment for Legal Advisor
Government of Punjab Law Department Notification No. Gen-2-1/2008/1941 dated May 14, 2011 & No.So (ADMN-III): Misc/2025/1100 Dated: 17-03-2025, WASA Gujranwala requires the services of one part-time legal advisor.
The terms of employment are as follows:
- Eligibility:
- (a) Educational Qualification: Minimum BA LLB
- (b) The applicant must be enrolled in the Lahore High Court.
- (c) The candidate should have a minimum of five years of practice experience.
- The monthly salary will be Rs. 30,000. No case-to-case fees will be paid.
- The term of service for the advisor will be two years, subject to the approval of the committee appointed by the government. However, the service may be terminated by the government of Punjab or the agency at any time with one month's salary or one month's prior notice.
- Interested candidates may submit their applications on plain paper to the office of the undersigned by June 16, 2025.
- The application must include certified copies of CNIC, educational certificates, and High Court enrollment certificate.
- Successful candidates will be required to appear in various courts for all types of cases on behalf of the agency and also provide legal advice on cases.
