JOB ADVERTISEMENT

Water and Sanitation Services Company Mardan has been established by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and formally registered under Section 42 of Companies Ordinance 1984 to provide integrated yet improved drinking water, sanitation, and solid waste management services in Urban Union Council of Tehsil Mardan. WSSCM, Mardan is looking for experienced and qualified human resources to fill the following positions for a period of three years contract (extendable).

1. Admin & Payroll Officer (01 Position) (Age Limit: 35 Years)

Education:
- Master's in Business Administration in Human Resources or Finance (16 years of education).
- Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) with specialization in Human Resources or Finance.
- Master's in Commerce.

Experience:
- Over 02 years of post-qualification experience.
- At least 01 year of relevant experience.
- Must have working knowledge and be current with all relevant tools, approaches, and softwares of Payroll Management.
- Prior working experience in an international organization, public sector, or corporate sector is preferred.

2. IT Officer (01 Position) (Age Limit: 35 Years)

Education:
- Candidate having BCS, BIT, or MCS from an HEC recognized University/Institute (16 years of education).
- MCSE / CCNA certification will be an added advantage.

Experience:
- Minimum 02 years post-qualification experience in an equivalent/similar position in any international/national public or private organization.
- Preference will be given to experience in a similar utility.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

For serial number (1) Admin & Payroll Officer, the selection process shall be completed subject to the issuance of NOC/concurrence by the Finance Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

WSSCM Policy shall be followed for recruitment against the above posts.

Candidates are required to make correct and complete entries in the application. Documents for unclaimed entries shall not be entertained later on.

Candidature shall stand cancelled at any stage if any information or document provided by the candidate is found fake/misleading.

Incomplete/unclear application forms or attached documents with missing/unclear information shall not be accepted.

The competent authority reserves the right to cancel/reject any application or not to fill any or fill more or less than the advertised post(s) at any stage.

In case of any ambiguity, dispute, or issue arising at any stage of the recruitment process including but not limited to screening, evaluation, shortlisting, testing, or interviews, the final decision-making authority shall vest with the Board of Directors & HR Internal Committee of WSSCM, whose decision shall be considered final and binding on all candidates.

ETEA test shall be considered for eligibility/qualification purposes only. The final selection, evaluation, merit determination, and shortlisting of candidates shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the WSSCM HR Manual, applicable rules/policies, and directions of the HR Internal Committee of WSSCM.

ETEA Application Procedure: All candidates shall be required to create an account on the ETEA website. After account creation and prior to applying or depositing the application fee, candidates must print the E-Sahulat Token from the ETEA website and get their CNIC verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat Franchise (Kiosk).
