Applications are invited from suitable candidates for the following posts in the Wildlife Division Bannu under the general quota. Recruitment will be made on a permanent basis according to the policy and rules and regulations of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

1. All appointments will be made on merit as per existing rules and regulations of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
2. The ETEA test will only be considered a screening test and no marks for the test will be given in the final selection, while recruitments will be made under the proposed government policy (ES Policy).
3. During scrutiny by the competent authority, if any candidate is found ineligible for any reason, the concerned candidate will be declared ineligible for recruitment at any stage.
4. Shortlisting of candidates will be done according to the existing rules and regulations of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
5. Interview information will be given via SMS, so all candidates should not change or replace their mobile SIM until the recruitment process is complete, otherwise all responsibility will lie with the candidates.
6. The age limit or educational qualification will be counted up to the last date of receipt of the application.
7. Incomplete applications and applications received after the due date will not be considered.
8. Age relaxation in the upper limit will be given according to the existing laws.
9. Government employees can send their applications through their respective departments, and experience certificates counter-signed by the head of the concerned government, semi-government organization, or government project will be acceptable. Individuals associated with the Forests and Wildlife department will be preferred.
10. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason and to increase, decrease, or cancel the number of advertised posts.
11. No TA/DA will be given to candidates coming for the test/interview.
12. Original educational documents must be presented at the time of the interview.
13. Only verified degrees or certificates will be acceptable, and after recruitment, they will be verified by the concerned board. The expenses for this will be borne by the candidate. If the degree or certificate proves to be fake, the concerned candidate will be declared ineligible for the job.
14. In the case of a foreign educational degree, it is mandatory for the candidate to present an equivalence certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission.
15. Candidates who have been dismissed from any government institution due to ineligibility or corruption are not eligible to apply.

Application Procedure

1. Interested candidates can apply online for the concerned post on the ETEA website (www.etea.edu.pk).
2. After submitting the online application, an online deposit slip (containing token number, post code, and candidate's personal information) will be generated.

Important Instructions

1. Candidates will deposit the prescribed fee in any UBL branch or through UBL Omni, Easy Paisa app, or JazzCash (UBL account number 205505522).
2. After depositing the fee, do not upload any documents to the ETEA website.
3. The last date for online application is 30/12/2025.
4. The ETEA website will be opened for online applications from 15/12/2025 to 30/12/2025.
5. Candidates will receive information about the roll number slip, test date, and time via SMS.
6. All information regarding the test and interview will be provided via SMS.
7. Candidates are advised to bring a blue ballpoint pen to the test center.
8. The ETEA will not be responsible for late receipt of SMS due to network issues.
9. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
