Terms and Conditions:
(1) All appointments will be made on a regular basis according to the prevailing laws of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
(2) The ETEA test will be considered only as a screening test, and no marks will be given in the final selection, while recruitment will be done under the proposed government rules (ESR Code Policy).
(3) If any candidate is found ineligible for any reason during scrutiny by the competent authority, the concerned candidate will be disqualified for recruitment at any stage.
(4) Shortlisting of candidates will be done according to the prevailing rules and regulations of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
(5) Information about the interview will be given through office notice board, post, and SMS. Therefore, all candidates should not turn off or change their mobile SIM until the recruitment process is complete, otherwise, all responsibility will lie with the candidates.
(6) The age limit and educational qualification will be counted up to the last date of receipt of the application.
(7) Incomplete applications and applications received after the due date will not be considered.
(8) Age relaxation in the upper limit will be given according to the existing laws.
(9) Government employees can send their applications through their department, and the relevant field experience certificate counter-signed by the head of the concerned government, semi-government organization, and government project will be acceptable. Preference will be given to individuals associated with the forest department.
(10) The competent authority reserves the right to reject any application and to change/reduce/cancel the number of advertised posts.
(11) No travel allowance (TA/DA) will be given to the candidates coming for the test and interview.
(12) Original educational documents will have to be produced at the time of the interview.
(13) Only verified degrees or certificates are acceptable and will be verified by the concerned board after recruitment. The expenses of which will be borne by the candidate himself. If the degree or certificate is found to be fake, the concerned candidate will be declared ineligible for the job.
(14) In case of a foreign educational degree, it will be mandatory for the candidate to submit an equivalency certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission.
(15) Any candidate who has been dismissed from a government job due to incompetence or corruption is not eligible to apply.

(2) Candidates have to fill out the online application form carefully according to the instructions given on the ETEA website.
(3) Candidates have to deposit the prescribed fee (General Category) through easy paisa (UBBL) in any branch of UBL.
(4) Candidates have to attach all required documents including educational certificate, domicile, CNIC, and ETEA slip with their online application form.
(5) Candidates have to submit their online application form within 15 days after the advertisement is published.
(6) Candidates have to keep the original ETEA slip and deposit slip with them for the test and interview.
(7) Candidates will be informed about the test and interview date through office notice board, post, and SMS.
