(a) At least 2nd Class Intermediate certificate with Metric Science from a recognized board, and<br>(b) Physical fitness<br>i. Height five feet and six inches (minimum)<br>ii. Chest Size: 34-36 inches (minimum)<br>iii. Eye Sight V-6J (with glasses) each eye 6x6. <br>Note: It is essential that the candidate will have to qualify marathon race of 2 Km within 20 minutes.

TERMS & CONDITIONS.
- Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the credentials provided. However detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the Appointing Authority.
- All the candidates will be required to create profile on ETEA's website. After creating the profile and before applying/depositing fee for any post, such candidates will have to print E-Sahulat token from ETEA's website and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.
- Candidates qualifying the ETEA test shall subsequently be screened for relevance in terms of the eligibility criteria.
- Interview calls letter will be issued to short listed candidates only.
- The ETEA test will only be considered for initial short listing and its test scores will have no role in the selection process. Recruitment will only be done purely under the government rules/policy
- Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of the applications.
- Incomplete applications and applications received after due dates will not be entertained.
- Physical fitness test will be conducted by ETEA as per Service rules those who fail to qualify physical fitness test will not be considered.
- Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Govt. Rules.
- The candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channel.
- Number of vacancies can be increased/decreased by the Competent Authority.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for test/Interview.
- All government servants will provide departmental permission certificate at the time of interview.
- In case of foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.
- If the information / documents/diploma, degree or certificate provided by a candidate during selection process at any stage is proved to be fake, false or inaccurate, the application/ appointment of the candidate concerned will not only be considered cancelled but legal action under the rules will also be initiated against the candidate.
- Experience from only government/Public sector/ Autonomous body will be considered during selection process.
- Errors/Omissions in number of posts are subject to rectification.
HOW TO APPLY
- Interested candidates may first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.
- After successful submission of online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, project code & candidates' personal information) will be generated.
- Take a printout of the generated deposit slip & deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) in any branch of UBL Bank or through Easypaisa app or agent.
- After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (Candidates copy) having bank stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
- Availability of online application form on www.etea.edu.pk on 09-03-2026.
- Last date for submission of online application is 08-04-2026.
- Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from ETEA website www.etea.edu.pk candidates are directed to do not give ported/converted mobile number.
- Screening test and physical fitness test date, time and venue will be mentioned on Roll Number Slips by ETEA.
- Candidates will be informed by ETEA through SMS for physical test, screening test.
- That candidate who qualifies physical test, screening test, of ETEA the successful candidates will be informed through SMS for final interview in which date, time venue will be mentioned by ETEA and NO separate letter will be issued through postal or courier.
