How to Apply?
- 1. The aforementioned positions will be purely on Fixed Pay basis initially for one year. 2. Applicants are required to apply online, through the Women University Mardan job portal on https://online.wumardan.edu.pk. The hard copy of the online application form along with duly attested photocopies of all DMCs, Degrees, Certificates, Title page of research publication (if any), CNIC, Experience Certificates, two recent passport-size photographs and an original challan form/ deposit slip of (Rs. 2000/- for serial No. I and Rs. 1000/- for serial No. II, III & IV) through (Account No: 15702-00-2, title the Vice Chancellor Women University Mardan; The bank of Khyber, Chamber House Branch, Mardan; Branch Code: 0007)) shall reach through courier to the Registrar Office Women University Mardan, East Canal Road, Mardan on or before 28-10-2024, (by hand submission of application forms are not allowed)
- 3. Note: Submission of both online and hard copy of application form along with original challan form/ deposit slip and other required documents is mandatory. In case anyone is missing, the application will not be entertained. Incomplete applications and those received after due date will not be entertained.
- 4. The candidate currently serving in government, semi-government and autonomous institutions/organizations must apply through proper channel.
- They must submit No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their concerned department/ institution along with application form.
- 5. Foreign degree holders must provide equivalency certificate from the HEC.
- 6. Candidate applying for more than one position shall deposit a separate fee challan and upload it against the relevant application.
- 7. Information claimed in the online application form will be treated as final, subsequent claim of experience/academics & any other not given earlier in application form shall not be accepted.
- 8. Screening test (where applicable) shall be conducted.
- 9. For serial no. II, III & IV the candidates having domicile certificate of District Mardan are eligible.
- 10. Scrutiny will be conducted after test.
- 11. Only short listed eligible candidates will be called for interview.
- 12. The university will not be responsible for late delivery of call letters for test/interview.
- 13. Less than 3.0/4.0 will be considered as second division.
- 14. Women University Mardan reserves the right to increase/decrease/withhold or not to fill any post depending on need/demand of the concerned head of department/section.
- 15. No TA/DA will be paid for test/interview.
- Note: Errors of Omission and Commission, if any, are liable to rectification.
