Advertisement for School Teacher Interns (STIs)

School Teacher Interns (STIs) are required for a limited period under the following conditions at Workers Welfare School (Boys) Rana Town Shahdara (Evening Shift), managed by Punjab Workers Welfare Fund.

1. Name of Post: School Teacher Interns
2. Duration: The maximum duration for interns will be 6 months or until the recruitment of regular contract teachers through the Punjab Public Service Commission, whichever comes first.
3. Age Limit:
   • Male: 20-50 years
   • Female: 20-55 years
4. Salary: PKR 50,000 per month
5. Minimum Educational Qualification: Master's Degree / BS (4-year degree program) with at least Second Division.
6. Method of Application:
   1. Interested male and female candidates residing in Sheikhupura district should obtain the application form and information about the School Teaching Intern Program from the office of Workers Welfare School (Boys) Rana Town Shahdara (Evening Shift) or download it from the Punjab Workers Welfare Fund website: . Submit the completed application form by September 26, 2025. All candidates are advised to bring original documents and other required papers at the time of the interview.
   2. On September 30, 2025, a provisional merit list of eligible candidates will be displayed on the school's notice board.
   3. Interviews for shortlisted candidates from the provisional merit list will be held at this school on October 4, 2025.
   4. Complaints (if any) regarding the recruitment process can be submitted to the office of the Director Education until October 6, 2025, during office hours.
   5. Complaints will be addressed by a committee constituted by the Director Education.
   6. Selected candidates will be issued internship offer letters after approval from the Secretary / Chief Executive Officer, Punjab Workers Welfare Fund.
7. TA/DA: No TA/DA will be provided to candidates.

Note: The maximum duration for interns will be 6 months or until the recruitment of regular contract teachers through the Punjab Public Service Commission, whichever comes first. This limited-duration internship will not grant the right to a regular contract or regularization of appointment under any circumstances. The internship period will not be extended under any circumstances. However, School Teacher Interns (STIs) will be issued a certificate upon successful completion of the internship. This advertised internship position is not related to the case (125) currently pending in the Supreme Court of Pakistan, as the advertised internship positions are in addition to the old interns and cannot be challenged in any court.
